Shortsighted business people lusting after what they think is good
for business in a legislature, while forgetting or not seeing that
it is the freedoms that are necessary to create the fertile ground
on which they survive. Without freedom of speech, there is no
need or ability of competing media to prosper, media must become
state-owned to survive, this new batch of legislators and chiefs do
not believe it is necessary or even permissible to allow people
their freedoms and so, while business may prosper in the short term
in the long term, they will be toast.
