Duckworth to Trump: I won't be lectured by draft dodger
The USSC should be asked to invalidate the dismissal of the articles of impeachment without trial, because the Constitution makes no provision for such a dismissal. Evidence/testimony must be heard before a vote, up or down, can be taken because that is the meaning of "trial".
Clearly the President has admitted to lending aid and comfort to an enemy he knew to be conducting lethal operations against American troops.
