Before penicillin any wound, no matter how small was, very likely, a death sentence. Then there were the STD's for which there were no easy treatments with any guarantee of success, Needless to say Trump is ruining everything. Today, in every government agency, Trump is running the highly skilled professionals with years of expertise under their belts, out of the government or otherwise suppressing them because Trump cannot allow the truth of his own incompetence and mistaken ideas to be revealed.
