Trump thought he could simply bully his way the same way
he had done all his life. His money and status were usually
enough to crush "little people", especially anyone beholden
to him for their pay or their jobs, as a general rule, you do not
challenge your employer/customer. As POTUS he had so much
more power he was given reason to believe himself invulnerable,
didn't two impeachment attempts that failed confirm his views?
Moscow Mitch did the nation a really terrible disservice by allowing
a crooked Unamerican liar to keep his hold on office just so
Moscow Mitch could get his wish to undo America and install
a dictatorship of some theocratic design.
