Supreme Court says Trump not immune from subpoena, sends tax case back t...

The beginning of the end of Congressional oversight of the executive.  The matter is one of timing, which is why the Constitution says: "shall deliver", not "must deliver".  There should be no argument to delay as Congressional oversight of the Executive, most especially not one with massive foreign financial entanglements.  In this case the court will deprive the nation and the voters of information that every other President has always provided before the election.  To allow a president to hide his financial information is to interfere with the election.
