All of which says that the guilty party is someone with enough
"juice" to have the court keep him/her hidden. No one without
"portfolio" would cause the court to tie itself in such obvious knots
to keep their identity hidden. So this "investigation" has failed
to deliver the hoped-for concealment and has in fact tarnished
those most suspect.
