Haberman: Andrew Cuomo knows he's in trouble

Oh so now making employees "uncomfortable" whatever that means, is cause for action?  I sincerely doubt Andrew is the type to solicit sex around the office, he simply doesn't have the personality type.  He doesn't have the kind of power that Harvey Weinstein had over his subjects, where he had total control of the course of their careers, and remember, even with such awesome power, Weinstein still had to overtly assert his intentions. His female victims did not simply submit without calling forth an overt threat.   There have been no claims of any overt threats from Andrew and the claimed remarks he made seem to be little more than either jokes or utterances made for argument's sake in some sort of discussion.  Nor would this be the first time that false or mistaken claims were made of sexual situations.
