Unfortunately if we change Presidents and the Republicans keep the Senate, the President will be hamstrung as the Republicans close ranks and refuse to confirm any appointees who will not be sycophants to "the cause". If the Senate changes hands then things can begin to happen again, like the ACA can be improved, needed economic assistance can be restored while the pandemic continues to strangle the economy among other things.
