Giuliani will never be allowed to testify because, he has neither the mental acuity, legal prowess, stability and discipline needed to be a good defensive for the President "Justinian the 2nd". He's sure to mess up questions about the "oranges of the investigation", lol! Just how did all this Orange-inate hahaha! I'll bet even Putin cringes each time he hears Trump say "We have to get to the oranges of this... etc.," since Putin speaks better english than Trump.
