Jerry Sandusky's lawyer Joe Amendola scrambles on defense of former Penn State coordinator


Amendola says his statement to Ann Curry was misleading

Roughly 24 hours before Jerry Sandusky’s preliminary hearing was scheduled to begin on Tuesday morning, Pennsylvania Deputy Attorney General Joseph McGettigan
told the former Penn State defensive coordinator’s lawyer that he would call 11 very credible witnesses and that he would vigorously object if the defense asked inappropriate questions. McGettigan also told the lawyer, Joe Amendola,
that he would ask Senior Magisterial District Court Judge Robert Scott to increase Sandusky’s $250,000 bail after the witnesses had outlined the case against the accused child molester.
