If we know anything about Trump it's that any "negotiations" would have been characterized by a recalcitrant Trump full of bluster threats and lies while stalling and guessing that his opponents aren't serious and/or are powerless and bluffing. DOJ finally, at long last brought the charade to an end thank heavens. It's about time Trump was treated as the highly incredible person he has historically been shown to be. If Trump were to tell you the sun was up at 12noon, you are advised to go to a window and check!
