Pimps, drug pushers, and others know of many government sources of victims
pimps for example will wait outside of women's prisons/houses of detention
laying in wait for hapless victims in need of immediate support for lack of money
and/or fear of family attention. They lurk around welfare offices alert for
women being rejected and therefore desperately in need of assistance most
especially if they have children. So none of this should come as any surprise
to knowledgeable people who work around these places and the victims, police
social workers and politicians and their staff can easily see where vulnerable
people can fall victim to predators but nothing gets done, these situations
are simply ignored as in "pretend it isn't happening". It doesn't take much
to figure out that where ever the gov't is routinely releasing people in distress
there is an ideal situation for predation of various types to exist.
