medically needed treatment, required to either save a woman's life, preserve
her fertility and/or subject her to devastating psychological trauma by forcing
her and her doctor to wait to see if she can survive until some
arbitrary legal condition is met. Not to mention that if it was some legislators
wife or daughter at issue they'd quickly remove to another state on that
account.
