There are conventions about how wars are to be fought, none of
these approved conventions include mass graves, the creation
or accepted protocols for the same, meaning that mass graves
are an atrocity of war that means that the occupying force is guilty
since the ruling government would not kill it own peaceful citizens
because there is no motivation to do so. Putin cannot blame the
mass graves on the Ukraine who is trying to defend against his
unlawful invasion.
