For some reason people seem to think they can make up their own versions of the law, they don't realize that if and when these altercations reach the stage of judicial review they can have a substantial liability dependent on what transpires and any injury suffered when the actual law is not on their side. Why don't they first consult a legal professional before taking any actions that could make them liable for breaking the actual laws?
