This veterans bill should inform and warn Republicans and the SCOTUS to be very careful of what they wish for. So far, getting their way has brewed nothing but chaos and harm both for the nation via the compromise of the rule of law and through the confusion that now hamstrings doctors intent on providing medical care. Do we really want to find out what happens when Republicans and/or the Court mistakenly reach for some other of the items on their wish list, to find out what other chaos the ideas foment for the nation? We advance as a nation when our laws are handled in a largely predictable way or at the least in ways that make sense. When all we have is disconnected and disconcerting ideologically driven legislation and/or court rulings we suffer, industry suffers, the economy suffers and we suffer culturally. Just look at the pain and suffering the Roe ruling has wrought and
prepare to feel that times ten.
