Hey Merrick: How's that Police Misconduct Database coming? We've already heard reports that a fired officer has been hired by a police force in another county or state. So, what's to ensure that these police you are charging today won't wind up on another police force to continue to endanger the public? Or are we being left to rely on journalists?
