Smirnov could use these contacts to resettle outside the United States.

How Trump’s NY Fraud case weakens his ‘business empire' narrative
Remember, privatized prisons was a Republican plan, it resulted in lives
being ruined by prison corporations paying off judges to hand out harsh
sentences that helped them fill beds, while they cared not for the people,
mainly young men, whose lives were destroyed undeservedly by those
sentences. Privatized schools, I'm afraid, will also have bad results but
it will take more time to unearth the deficits and many underserved
children will probably never be discovered.
