Question: Were these lawyers aware of any of the 60 cases that had been filed with the courts? If so, then why did they not bring their evidence into court? Why did they leave Giuliani hanging in court without any evidence to present and therefore obtain a summary dismissal? What do they expect the public to do with their "evidence" after they avoided or otherwise failed to present it for judicial review? If Giuliani was right, then why was his law license suspended or revoked by a Judge who saw no merit to any of his filings?

The last thing Trump needs is that his people admit they had deadly weapons which they planned to bring into the Capitol to hold it once they had secured it. While I'm sure that many did not have weapons, I'm just as sure that many did not know that there were plans to have weapons/firearms brought in. Had the President not called off the attack when he finally did, it seems from the stories being revealed, that firearms would have been brought in when the signal was given. If that had happened, then all of the people involved/present would have been facing some even more serious charges than simple trespass.

Well, that's it... Republicans can no longer say that there were no weapons at the J-6. There were deadly assault weapons in the plan. They were being concealed as part of the plan to keep them away from police confiscation by not bringing them in until the insurrectionist had secured the building, quite possibly that meant they planned to have hostages by that time. Any "hostages" they planned for would have been lawmakers and other Congressional officials/aides. This was a really bad, deadly planned all-out assault on the Capitol, the only reason it didn't reach that extremity was that Trump was finally pressured into calling off the mission.

All of these arguments and conjectures are laughable when you consider that nothing about J-6 was possible if not for the lie that the election was stolen. So then, the question becomes:
Who told the lie that the election was stolen? That is the person responsible for all that followed, including the quick response teams, planned to bring deadly weapons into the Capitol once they had taken possession and quite possibly expecting that they'd also have hostages by that time.
