Aleto didn't make a legal judgment when he reverse Roe, what he did was make an ideological pronouncement, therefore his term should be limited to about the 2 weeks it takes him to clean out his desk. He went to Italy to gloat about his "ruling" against Roe, that is not the demeanor of a Supreme Court Justice.
