Remember when Valerie Plame was outed? Dozens of agents and informant/cooperators who were part of her network of spies trying to keep track of nuclear material around the world had to be ordered or helped to run for their very lives utterly destroying the CIA's capabilities to keep track of dangerous nuclear material. Trump was very cozy with dictators Like Putin, Xi, the Saudis' and Kim among others made those documents in his hands an intolerably dangerous situation.
