Why in the world would anyone ask Alberto Gonzales anything after what he -- and the administration he was part of -- did? He ruled that waterboarding was merely legal "enhanced interrogation" knowing full well that our Constitution prohibits suspects from being forced to bear witness against themselves. Mr. Gonzales has no understanding of how our Constitutional law is designed or how it works or it would never have crossed his mind that torture or other means to force anyone to bear witness against themselves is something no American legal authority should ever advocate for use against anyone, foreign or domestic. I SUSPECT CNN WOULD BRING IN HITLER TO EXPLAIN PUTIN'S INVASION OF UKRAINE. NOT GOOD!
