Consider; how would you like to work in a security post overseas where there's danger all around, and knowing that the documents you create that could cost you your life were being mishandled with abandon? I doubt you'd feel much confidence in the job, then too, consider the informants you would be hoping to rely on, do you think they'll be more forthcoming when they learn how carelessly American security is handled?
