Looking at the objecting Senators my guess is they're really afraid that Maganauts might be unable to attend the next assault on the Capitol, eh? The solution is to have flight attendants obtain martial arts training so that the planes can be staffed with "Bruce Lee's", they can also hire mixed martial artists so that unruly passengers realize they risk terrible brushings and/or broken bones.
