Just imagine that after a jury had unanimously decided that she had, in fact, illegally taken the life of a person, the Judge decided to praise the convicted killer for prior service. Try to imagine a Judge praising John Gotti for his philanthropy after the jury convicted him of murder. It just doesn't make any sense unless perhaps the judge is trying to say that maybe the victim wasn't such a great person? Why in the world would she do that?
