LOL, Trump is asking that public documents be denied to Congress. The National Archives is a repository of public documents. Thus, when a document reaches the National Archives it is already certified as a public document, it cannot be made secret any more than a book in a library could. If Trump could find better lawyers they'd know that. Instead, he's paying tens of thousands per hour for a raft of "ten-dollar lawyers", Hahaha.
