McConnell said that he's "interested" in the findings of the J-6-C well, perhaps he would join with Democrats in seeking ways to prevent the use of the courts as a delaying mechanism, perhaps by creating a special part to hear Congressional related cases in a speedy fashion with the ability to limit appeals or obtain collateral estoppel thereby thwarting timely committee processes.
