Phil Mudd: Not job of US intelligence to report on White House

But... What if the President was agreeing to hand over a U.S. intelligence asset that some foreigner wanted?  We do have people who we've granted asylum because their valuable intelligence has made them a target of a foreign government.  The proper Congressional oversight committee should certainly have such a matter to review.
