Hanging in for a conviction would mean appeals and in the end
any judgment could be adjusted downward, worse yet there
would be possibly years of more litigation, better to take the win
grab the money and run. But the evidence is still there to be used
by any aggrieved party or parties so FOX is not yet off the hook.
I'll bet Fox choked when they saw 40 boxes of whatever being
dragged into the courtroom.
