Fox and its stable of personalities was a key component in the
seditious January 6th attack and attempted takeover of the Capitol
to overturn the election and put Trump back in the White House.
As such it is part of an organized criminal conspiracy to perpetrate
election fraud and needs to face a criminal trial therefore. None
of this was a mistaken attempt to do what misbelief might dictate.
It was a brazen attempt to push known falsehoods to inspire the
public to violent action. An attack at the very basis of America's
democratic republic and a seriously seditious attempted overthrow
of the governments operations.
