Hey, if the government is caused to provide services because
an entity other than one the people authorized to approve of such
then the "solution" is to invoice that entity for the services provided.
If you have to clean up after an accident and render medical aid
then you invoice the "customer" for those services. Not allow the
taxpayers to be "raped" by every Tom, Dick, or Harry who happens
to create a problem in your jurisdiction.
