I think the Truth in Advertising laws should kick in here. We cannot
have a media organization shamelessly spewing baseless lies and
falsehoods with total impunity because they are in effect "shouting
fire in a crowded theater" and getting away with doing so night after
night and day after day. They continuously claim to be a "news"
purveyor when in fact they were not putting on news. Tobacco companies
were severely punished for doing just that.
