Putin is costing Ukraine funds that could be used for general public purposes, to be diverted to its defense. Same goes for Xi Jinping whose actions are costing Taiwan a bundle to fend off his military threats.
While these "small government" republicans/conservatives want you to believe that you can possibly test all the products you need all by yourself, eh??? What stupidity!
