Trump Could Pocket Millions In Deal For DC Hotel

Surely there must be someone or some agency with standing enough to sue him to drain away these ill-gotten gains.  Perhaps some taxpayer group or ethics committee or law enforcement agency could use the money they'd certainly win hands down.
