There is another view where when the sheriff entered the building 90 seconds after the last shot, he saw Oswald sitting in the rear of the lunchroom with a sandwich and a soda. There were also two women on the third-floor talking, near the only staircase from the sixth floor and no one came past them. The rifle found on the sixth floor was not "in a sniper's nest", it was found under some boxes several feet away on the other side of the room. Also that gun was found in the theater not in Oswald's possession. Of course the many different investigations found many different things, but the thread that runs through them kind of excludes Oswald as anything but a patsy.
