You've probably been vaccinated for polio, smallpox, rubella and a host of other terrible diseases while you were a child and it's proven very effective at stopping the spread of disease. A hospital where staff isn't vaccinated staff is capable of spreading infections. Why would any healthcare professional want to even risk putting patients in harm's way? It makes no sense!
