Those swollen ankles are at the least discomforting
at the worst they can be painful. Either way they are
an impact on his pschological well being. Anyone who hasd
experienced physical discomfort knows that it, at the least
momentarily erodes self confidence and patience. While
at the worst it can be an aggravational instigator of intolerance
and provoke uncalled for anger. This is not the man you want
