Courts are no longer a check on Trump because there will be no one
to either investigate or bring any charges, but, even if charges are
somehow brought he can pardon the accused. State courts have
governors with the power to pardon as well and Trump and his
Maga Reps and Senators control the budgets so it's a pretty no-win
situation to defy the new American Dictator.
