In business, the rights to do things are often more important than the money.
Money can be made in many ways but rights to do things can sometimes
be impossible to obtain. But, with LLCs along with rights comes protections
and when those protections go away, the corporate veil lifted, even the remnants
of the Trump organization are exposed. Once failed attempts to redress
grievances can come back on claims that they were illegally blocked by
a criminal scheme and artifice, a corporate "crime-fraud exception" if you will.
