There is a problem of "station" that makes speech different for people
in different situations. Normally people have few followers who are
motivated by the words of the speaker. But, in other cases, where the
speaker has a large number of followers, most especially violent followers
then there is a very good chance that someone in the crowd will act on
the suggested speech.
