Chanler is crazy, he's trying to say that there was peace inside the heads
of these attackers and we're not paying any attention to that. This guy
wants you to send him to Congress to represent you if you vote for
him, and he'll not only negotiate laws that benefit and not harm you but
that will also benefit the nation. But he's living in a dreamscape of unknowable
dimensions, do you really want to hand him such awesome responsibilities?
