Hahaha... Rudy thinks he can just make up law as he chooses. He wants to
admit he is liable, but only for the purpose of an area of law where he's been
caught and cannot any longer escape liability. Law doesn't work that way
you cannot plead "partially pregnant" you are either innocent or not. Oh wait,
I forgot he's living in a state of heavy inebriation, ok Rudy, have another drink
but leave the keys we'll call you a cab.
