Remember, Roe was only overturned by deceit, where the ..nominated judges
told the Senate that Roe was "settled law", suggesting that as such they would
leave it alone. That was not true and they knew that they had to conceal
their intentions because they were so unpopular that even many Republican
Senators would not vote for them had they admitted their bias
