Worse yet is the fact that under-equipped and supplied Russian
forces will find their scarce resources stretched even further by
Putin's ill-advised conscription and deployment of even more troops
without either training, motivation, or benefits of the wisdom of age
nor the buffers of youthfulness. This unholy mess has but one
expected outcome and thus the world watches in horror.
