Remember: the people complaining are largely highly trained and functioning professional prosecutors who have tried many cases of a wide spectrum of political and capital crimes. They know what to expect and what and when the evidence shows that it is sufficient to preclude almost any compelling argument of innocence. There is just way too much evidence of Trump's guilt and malfeasance as well as a conspiracy by his staff and supporters to show that a hoard of people should be herded into prison cells for a variety of seditious crimes against America, just as our foreign adversaries would hope.
