Putin draws ever closer to making a joke of himself, how does one gain a massive world-class military that has no ideological foundations sufficient to propel them into a theater of war without the will or the skills to win against a "mouse" of a nation? Putin's military problems are what you'd expect of a mob clan running a speakeasy.
