Well, I for one am not surprised to see charges against Andrew Cuomo dropped. Andrew just doesn't present as a guy with social defects that would lead him to find sexual pleasure in momentary contacts of any kind. He presents as someone who requires the prospect of a longer-term relationship to get any "kicks" at all, but who really is likely to get carried away with celebratory contacting such as hugs, kisses in the ebullient momentum of the fanfare accompanying successes, rewards, awards, and other aggrandizing events. I was never and am still not convinced that Andrew did anything for which he deserves being repudiated.
