Disingenuous news phrase alert: They keep saying that Critical Race Theory isn't taught here or there, they avoid telling people the truth they need to know about CRT which is that it's a college-level second-year law course. Obviously, second-year law is never taught in elementary or middle schools ever. By not saying this listeners are allowed to hold the idea that this might be taught in elementary or high schools if not for their vigilance.
