The way to put a dent in the buy-out is to go after the big money donors with anything that makes a newsworthy event at their offices and/or headquarters. Make big ballons of animals or witches or notorious historical figures, Simon Legree or a pig in top hat and tails for example. Do not forget that size matters in making it a newsworthy event, 20 to30 feet is a minimum.
