What will be an even bigger problem is when facts don't matter at all. Some guy can just claim that he owns your house and your deed doesn't matter because he claims it's fake. Then the police arrest you for trespassing and they tell the judge that you've been robbing banks and selling drugs. Are you sure that you don't want evidence to mean anything anymore?
